At Blue Dreams Resort & Spa, we support the three pillars of sustainability, sociocultural, economic and environmental, with the policies we implement.
In our facility, we divide sustainability issues into two groups: internal guests and external guests. In our decisions and preferences, we support the three basic elements of sustainability for both groups, sociocultural, economic and environmental issues, with the policies we implement.
Art, the natural environment and cultural heritage are among our hotel’s strengths. Presenting these strengths to our internal and external guests, protecting them and ensuring their continuity form the basis of our approach to sustainability.
In a changing world, we recognise the importance of satisfaction and of complaints in the products and services we offer. With this awareness, we regard those staying at our facility as Guests, not customers.
With our principle of Sincerity, our greatest strength, we handle all requests and feedback transparently, objectively and fairly, so that our guests feel as comfortable and safe as at home and know they are important and special to us.
We commit to recording the actions taken and solutions produced in our guest request and complaint management processes, and to reviewing them regularly to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency.
At Blue Dreams Resort & Spa, we act with the awareness that we are responsible to our guests, employees and suppliers at every stage of food production and service.
In setting our Food Safety and Hygiene Standards, we work with our suppliers and employees in line with our sustainability approach, planning to minimise waste in production, service and consumption. We train our employees to raise their competence and comply with laws and regulations.
We identify our critical control points through risk analyses and take preventive measures. For the continuity of the system and continuous improvement, we measure performance through internal and independent external audits.
